President of Telcordia's Operations Support Systems (OSS) joins Aztek's board to help guide company's fast-paced growth

Boulder, Colo. (Mach 2, 2009) Aztek Networks (www.azteknetworks.com), the leader in telecommunications switch solutions for network migration, today announced the appointment of Dennis Tinley to the company's board of directors. Tinley's brings direct telecommunications experience from his tenure at Telcordia to Aztek's board of directors.

Tinley served as President of Telcordia's Operations Support Systems (OSS) Business Unit for more than 15 years. At Telcordia, Tinley was responsible for transforming the company's OSS business. He was instrumental in establishing a new management team, introduced several new products on a global basis and re-built strong relationships with Telcordia's key customers. His primary focus was working with Tier I and II telecommunications carriers who were undergoing large network, operations and systems transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Telcordia, Tinley spent more than 18 years with Concurrent Computer Systems where he held various positions in sales and marketing. He was responsible for Concurrent's strategy, marketing and product management, and led a strategic planning effort that was integral to the turn-around and re-positioning of the company into new growth markets and product lines. Tinley began his career at Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, N.J. as a programmer and systems engineer.

'Dennis' knowledge and experience related to working with Tier I and II carriers is a great asset for Aztek as we enter the next phase of our organization's growth," said Steven Bruny, CEO of Aztek Networks. "Our team is anxious to learn from his experiences as our company transitions into new markets and technology solutions for switch consolidation."
